All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

While the instructions were a little cryptic, it worked. We went back and for the with email over a couple of days but it was a reasonable exchange, professional and respectable. I recommend and would return if I ever have the need arise again.
I had an authorized version of win7 and tried to upgrade to win10 later than I probably should have, but needed to not go as far as win11. MS at first allowed the upgrade then tried to ‘rollback’ to win7 because of a video driver for my AMD K6 CPU. When it finished putting me back (automatically) onto win 7 it said it was no longer an activated version and left me on an inactive win10.
I know, right? Thanks MicroSoft. I struggled for weeks trying to get other software to function predictably. Finally bought a win10Pro Retail key here and actually only had to enter the key into the “start|settings|activation|change key” pop up and it returned an “your copy of windows is authorized” message; performed an automatic update and I was off and running.
Because so many 5 stars are here that people question if they are real I contemplated giving 4 stars but, 5 are deserved.
The 5 star system is broken when you cannot trust the fifth star.
This worked out to be exactly what I needed.

Received Windows 10 pro key fast but windows states “…can’t activate windows on this device because you don’t have a valid digital license or product key.” Sent email to customer service but not work weekends. I am hopeful to get a response on Monday and get a valid key. My PC build is on hold the entire weekend now. Will update review either way.

You know from an honest perspective. I was contemplating so hard on buying a key from here. Reading all the comments I’m thinking dude these have to be bots, no way it’s this low in price and all 5 stars perfect with 5/5 customer service lol. Legit dwindled on this all night and woke up, decided I guess I don’t really care if they know where I live, let alone my card number and not Paypal. I’m really hoping I don’t get my info stolen like anyone else would think. But the Key was delivered instantly to my email and worked without having to reinstall Windows. Just a heads up OEM keys I believe can’t be used on another PC if you upgrade. Only Retail keys are allowed to be transferred indefinitely but ONLY ONE per code. Found that out last night since I upgraded to an Asus z690 from an Asus Maximus z270 just a few days ago. The Watermark is gone and I am satisfied. Now here’s hoping I can actually move this code to another in the future. If you’re still skeptical, come over here and ask me in a comment on any videos on my Youtube “Ryvariss” lol. Corny, cringey way to prove it but trust me it’s the best I can give and I’m still baffled this actually worked so smoothly.
