All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

i read the reviews 7 took a chance basically thought “its $11.00 usd,

anyway, i got the conformation email & the product key in the same email.

So, I had Windows 11 Pro (trial version) installed on my PC already. I bought the Windows 11 Pro key and tried to use it directly from the activation menu in Windows. I kept getting an error stating it could not be activated…
I initially thought it was a bad key. However, after reading some reviews and others stating these keys are really Windows 10 Pro keys, I thought that was potentially the problem. Therefore, I wiped my drive, did a fresh install of Windows, and entered the key at the initial key prompt. It went through with no issues. Once fully downloaded and back up and running, I checked the activation page and it said I was activated successfully! So, the key works – just know you can’t do a direct upgrade if you already have Windows 11 Pro installed. I suspect as others have stated that the key is for Windows 10 Pro, but when you run the installer, it will automatically update to Windows 11 Pro.
Anyway, good price and happy I did it. Four stars since I had to wipe my computer… again and there was no good documentation on this as a potential error.
